The location itself was brilliant, minutes from Nelson. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were welcoming and incredible.

Very good

Updated room with a balcony and a comfortable chair plus shower. Modern area, super central location very close to all shops and restaurants as well as the lovely beach a short walk away. Situated only 1 km from Looe to Polperro walk.

Parking situation terrible!!! The small room size isn't suitable for comfort!!! Access routes could use clearer signage!!! The restaurant ambiance more like a busy cafeteria than a cozy dining experience!!!

The family room with sea view was spacious and provided a comfortable experience. The breakfast selection was excellent, particularly the avocado and poached eggs that I enjoyed on my last day.

Some amenities seemed a bit dated compared to modern expectations.
